Advance Your Knowledge: How to develop and translate a multidisciplinary Psycho-Oncology Model of Care into real action?

Advance your knowledge! Psychosocial care in paediatric oncology still needs to be advanced in wide parts of Europe. In this webinar we will learn from experts in Ireland that managed to establish a National Model of Care for Psycho-Oncology services for Children, Adolescents and Young Adults (CAYA) with Cancer and their families in order to provide a framework to support the way that psychosocial care is delivered to this cohort and their families. We are happy to have the experts from Ireland with us that will present the model of care and tell us about the process that they have been conducting from professional but also from patient organization side.
