CCI Europe will host its 12th CCI Europe Conference completely face to face from 3rd to 5th June 2022 in the heart of Europe – Vienna, Austria. This event is open to CCI members around the globe, as well as for individual parent and patient advocates, wanting to listen to the interesting sessions we are preparing for you.

REGISTRATIONS ARE CLOSED!
The registration for the 12th CCI Europe Conference in Vienna is open to CCI members aroung the globe, as well as non-CCI parent, patient and survivor representatives/advocates interested in what CCI Europe is doing. Be quick! For an early-bird ticket register until 22 Apr, 16:00 CET
Registratons will close fully on 1 May 23:59 CET.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Once you register on the link below, you will receive an invoice. Please transfer the payment within next 2-3 business days so we can receive it timely. If you are paying for more invoices, you can make the payment via one transaction, but please indicate all the invoice numbers you are settling.
CONFERENCE VENUE
Venue of the conference is the beautiful JUFA Hotel, reached with just a few minutes from the city center. You will be able to enjoy the accomodation in the same hotel.
ACCOMODATION AT THE CONFERENCE VENUE
For special prices in booking the accomodation in the JUFA Hotel (Single 96€, Double 114€, 2 adults and 1 kid 130€, 2 adults and 2 kids 140€), please write to r.wien@jufahotels.com indicating you are a participant of the CCI Europe Conference using the number 90-7552440. Cancellation policy of the hotel applies for your reservations.

FEE CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund after cancellation is unfortunately not possible. However, if you are unable to come, appointing a replacement from the same organisation is possible. If this is the case, please let us know via conference@ccieurope.eu.

Due to the COVID-19 regulations and measures in Austria changing day to day, we will keep this section regularly updated with latest information. CCI Europe will take all necessary precautions in order to keep our participants safe.

FAQs
CCI members around the globe and all individual parent, patient and survivor representatives/advocates! There is also a special fee for SIOPE members.
CCI members are eligible for the fee of 180€ (early bird) and all other individual parent, patient and survivor representatives/advocated have to pay the fee of 230€.
In the spirit of bringing back the old format and giving the participants a chance to have a full face to face experience and gather knowledge, there will be no option to join virtually.
CCI Europe will take all necessary precautions in order to keep our participants safe. As for the concrete measures, please follow the section on COVID-19 on the Conference website. We will do our best to update the information right there.
There is only one payment options and that is via bank transfer. Unfortunately, this is the only one we can provide. Once you are registered via the registration form above, you will receive an invoice in your inbox with all necessary information on how to make the payment.
